hello
I live in Hawaii so the natural thing people suggest is swimming but I'm not very good at that. I have bad ankles and knees for being a jiu jitsu player for the last 17 years but I have taken alot of injuries but love the sport. A new hand injury has put that aspect of training on hold indefinitely which is hard because like any hobby one loves it brings me inner peace. So what do you do to stay active and help from getting restless. Your input on diets, hobbies, natural supplements an other things will help me broaden my options, which is the purpose of this post.
