When I bought mine I just used the Contact Us link on the site to check. Fast response, and they had em in stock at the time.

Hope he gets back to you soon. I had a response, replied, and had a paypal invoice within a couple hours, and I emailed him around 7pm.

I need one of those tools. There's no rush and I started to just do the order form and PayPal it through.. But after reading his home page, it seemed prudent to check stock...

Pay with PayPal if you can. After several unanswered emails I had to file an email PayPal claim to get a response.

It really is a nice tool, but just make sure you contact them if you don't get a tracking number within a week or so after ordering.

These things really are awesome. It's a shame they can't ramp up their production and start making them available through Rainier or G&R to get more of them out there.

I ordered one (paid with paypal) without first checking if they had any in stock. Waited a week+ without getting any kind of shipping confirm. Followed up with an email and my stuff was shipped shortly thereafter.

While the CS could be better, they make a great tool.

Couldn't agree more. It's a great tool...hopefully they can get the customer service in line.
