I've been running the OSOE for about 18 months. My purpose for running this kit is as high risk calls. I'm a full time LEO with tactical experience and significant medical experience.

Overall I absolutely love this. I've ran heavy armor, plate carriers, bail out bags, and crammed extra mags in my pockets. By far this has been the best option. I've deployed this rig about a dozen times for in progress calls involving weapons. Recently I wore it for 5 hours at a barricaded gunman. Comfort has never been an issue. With that being said, it comes with an X style harness. I upgraded to the padded H harness for ease of donning and direct attachment of a hydration source. http://img.tapatalk.com/d/13/10/07/2a7enu4a.jpg
The harness is very well built and quite comfortable. There is sufficient real estate to route commo and hydration. I run zip ties through the left side. Also there is elastic wedding for attaching pocket smoke. As wearing this for work I appreciate that their is hook and loop for identifiers.
Moving down to the magazine pouch their is room for four magazines double stacked. OSOE includes Velcro flap closure over the mags but I haven't had any issues running it open top. http://img.tapatalk.com/d/13/10/07/nu2ymymu.jpg
Next to that is a utility pouch that the vast majority of folks will run an IFAK from. The pouch is sufficiently big. I have mine shrunk down all the way. Because of the generous amount of hook and loop and large flap you can expand the pouch significantly. http://img.tapatalk.com/d/13/10/08/u6y9yvuh.jpg
I included an exploded view of what I carry so a sense of how much stuff you can load. http://img.tapatalk.com/d/13/10/08/u4a6yny8.jpg
In the sharps container I keep my catheters for mitigating a pnuemothorax. The sharps container ensures the catheters retain their shape.

The black drag strap is an extraction device by North American Rescue. I believe it is the Voodoo strap. I run it in the back admin style pocket. http://img.tapatalk.com/d/13/10/08/hysy7ugy.jpg
On the bottom of the rig is more elastic webbing for attaching pocket smoke. http://img.tapatalk.com/d/13/10/08/e9ysa5y6.jpg
The sides of the rig have sufficient molle attachment. I run orange Chen lights on the mag side for low light illumination or as markers. On the IFAK side I run blue Chen lights for blood identification in low light scenarios.

Overall I really like this rig. If I had it to do over again I would have bought the stacked chest rig by OSOE. The craftsmanship by OSOE is solid. I would highly recommend this kit to anyone with similar needs.
Stay tuned. I'll be reviewing a First Spear Strandhögg soon!
