My kid uses those sliding grip locks, what's the great idea there. The velcro strip does seem an interesting way to keep the laces from coming undone.

Those sliding grip locks are cool, but they had better be tougher than the ones we buy for kids shoes. Does ITW make a version?

Looks like it would be beneficial for people with over developed table muscles as well. I think I'll order one... purely for research...
