Ok so I have this thing lined up about as good as it's going to get using the index groove on the bottom. But the 2 ports on too are way off. Are they supposed to be offset to the right?

Pic? The topside ports are a bit offset. Time using the notch.

Looks good to me. Is the bottom notch at 6 o'clock? You timed per SFs wheel that came with the brake?

Yes, the notch is at 6 o'clock. Even with the wheel its hard to see if its lined up perfectly and the ports on top that are offset and the jimping that's also offset makes for a weird optical illusion. But going by the notch it looks pretty good. I guess it doesn't need to be perfect though but this is close

You're good. The ports topside are indeed offset.

I can see that those ports were drilled offset in the picture.

Ignore those when timing it.
