Can't leave itrader feedback

The past 2 times I've tried to leave people feedback I've had issues. I go to submit the feedback and get a message that "there is an error in your deal details" but I've tried everything I can think of and can't get past this error message. I don't want people thinking I don't leave feedback. Any help?

Did you include the URL for the item being bought or sold?

Did you not put something in the comment field? It usually wants some sort of feedback.

Those are the two things that will usually trip up the system. iTrader seems to get snotty of you don't add those.

I've tried it with and without the URL but always left a comment. The only thing I left out was the additional comment.

Give that a shot, inserting the additional comment, and let us know.

I also have not been able to post feedback. Entered "deal thread" as well as a comment and title. Have tried at different times over the last month or so.

For whatever reason you have to add the additional comment for it to work.

I had the same problem when trying to enter the details for a transaction last month. Completed all blanks and got an error message about missing transaction details.

thats what I always get- no matter what I do. It is really frustrating.
