Anyone have any accuracy experiences with this barrel?

I have shot several groups with a Sabre heavy target/varmint barrel (stainless). Not what you asked for I know, but-- it'll do MOA or a tad better with top-end ammo. Federal GMM 77's, Hornady TAP 5.56, Black Hills Mk 262, CorBon 77's, all shot really well with it.... most groups were ten shots, not five. It's a 1-8 twist. It shot 10 XM193's into under 2" which really surprised me, so I expanded the group to 20 rounds..... it got a little bigger, don't remember exactly but it was not double..... and I was not taking my time on the group.

Scope was a Nightforce 18X...... all this was off a bipod. Sabre makes their own barrels.

Just checked. That 20-round group with XM193 opened all the way up to..... 2.200.

Smallest group, .580 with a 75-grain AMax handload.

Thanks for checking. I will be getting one to shoot heavier loads so should be fine. I called Sabre alittle while ago and they said .50-.75 with 69g-77g ammo.
