Wolf Gold - Made in Taiwan?

Got the email flyer from Wideners today and they have the Wolf Gold .223 in stock. What struck me as curious was the flyer stated "made by the Second Source arsenal in Taiwan."

Never heard of Taiwanese .223 ammo or that particular manufacturer before. Haven't heard of Taiwan producing export ammo except for a blurb back years ago about the USG buying it due to shortages from OIF/OEF.

Any known quality issues?

I too saw that email earlier and thought the same thing. Then I saw the price of $396.00 per 1,000 and figured it is not worth it. American made 5.56 is hovering just a few bucks north of that price.
