Glock holster question

Above is a contract for some G17's and holsters that are apparently being sent to Ecuador. Does anyone know what type/brand of holsters are routinely bought as part of these FMS-type orders?

I took a look at the document and from the price, get the impression they are supplying someone elses as a direct cost expense. None of their holsters cost that much unless they are burying some additional costs in the price of the holsters.
