Question: I am a Class III/SOT dealer and have a PD that wants a few (1 to 3) Insight Technologies PEQ-2 or Laser Devices DBAL I or A2. The issue is that its an act of congress to get a Dept. Purchase Order BUT a PD request for purchase on an official letterhead (signed by a "higher up") is the norm for purchases' of this type....
Most online dealers are requiring an "official purchase order"
....I know this seems a bit strange BUT its on the up-and-up and I have received an email from the head of the Departments SWAT Team...I'm sure its going to fall down to individual officers wanting new effective toys for their M4's.
Ideas? Suggestions?
