View Full Version : Another Glock 21Sf that I finished today.

Here is another Glock 21SF that I finished today. The following are the mods / parts used for this pistol: Lone Wolf stainless barrel, Lone Wolf stainless Guide rod and 20 lbs recoil spring, Ghost 3.5 connector, NY-1 trigger spring, Hi-Viz red (front) and green (rear) fiber optic sights, trigger job, polished chamber, feed ramp, and chamber. Grip reduction with medium stippling. Last but not least - Lone Wolf metal slide plate.

Man that looks great.

How much material is removed with the grip reduction?

I came very very close to picking up the 21Sf, but chose the XD instead because the SF was still just a little to fat.


Anyway, nice job.

The only material removed is the stock "grenade type" checkering. When I do grip reductions I re-shape the frame without taking much polymer off. It's almost like a G17 / 22 frame in feel, but a lot smaller in circumference than the standard 21SF.

Ive been meaning to pick up a 21 SF with picatinny rail.

Forgive my ignorance, but what is the SS after market barrel for? Is it purely for aesthetics, or does it have to do with the added chamber support etc?

The barrel on this G21SF is made by Lone Wolf. It does fit tighter than the stock barrel and it does have more case support compared to the stock unit. Accuracy is 1/2" better than stock. :D

Argh, when shopping for a 21SF today and couldnt find a glock rail model with NS. So annoyed
