I think I'm going to be using this setup for a while:

AUGA3 with a Aimpoint Micro on a KAC mount. I went with the KAC as it has full lugs and I can get lower 1/3rd cowitness with the irons.
Surefire X300 Ultra with tape switch taped to VFG. I get more barrel shadow than I like but the light is out of the way w/o having to do extra rails.
Surplus HK416 sights from the sale RTG was doing a couple months ago. I do like the open notch that the 100m setting has.

very nice! you could always go with the troy micro sights, if you want an uncluttered view.

I thought about those but:

I figured that with a short range rifle like this if I do need the BUIS (Aimpoint too dim) than I'm likely to want those irons w/o taking the time to flip them up.

Besides, the Troys just didn't look right.

Nah, the OD green is very light.

The Aimpoint cover is theoretically foliage green, but it's actually almost the same shade as the stock.

I have a similar setup but my "irons" are MBUS
