I have wanted to build a precision oriented AR for awhile so I finally put one together.

Specs:
Noveske Gen 2 lower
Noveske NSR 16.7 Rail
White Oak Armament 18" Stainless SPR barrel w/ rifle length gas system (Gave up on trying to find a Noveske barrel)
Vltor MUR-1 Upper
Vortex 2.5-10x44
Geissle SSA-E
BAD-ASS 45 Degree Ambi Saftey
DPMS Miculek Comp
Magpul UBR
Larue Grip
Larue/Harris Bipod

I am extremely pleased with the NSR rails. After this build I bought a 13.5 to go on one of my 14.5 rifles. They are the heat. The rifle is a blast to shoot and would make a decent 3 gun rifle with just swapping out the optic. I'm still working on a load for it and the group shown was from the first outing. I did an OCW test with 77gr Noslers and Varget then shot a few groups with the loads that looked promising. All were sub MOA.

I would of preferred to use a Noveske barrel just because but I am very pleased with the WOA so far. The fact it costs half as much as a Noveske (if I could find one) doesnt hurt my feelings any either. The WOA was $270 and in stock at Brownells. The UBR stock I'm not sure about yet. I had it laying around and decided to use it. Its heavy as balls. I may ditch it for a Larue stock or CTR with Riser. Time will tell.

Overall the build came out awesome. I was hitting 8" plates at 600 with it the first day and thats about all I expect out of it so it should be good to go.

Sweet build. What's it weight?

Just under 11 pounds. If I switch the UBR out for a CTR it would cut about a pound off of that.

That's awesome. I need to put mine on a diet. I'm over the 12lb mark and want to get down to the 11lb or under.

Nice build! Is the furniture FDE, UDE, or Foliage?

I recently built one extremely similar but with a Rainier UltraMatch 18" Intermediate. A few weeks ago, I changed to a STR stock and it is A LOT more comfortable for a precision rifle than anything I've ever tried. I would suggest looking into that if you are looking for a different stock.

Furniture is three different colors from three manufacturers.

UBR is Magpul's OD, the grip is Larue's OD and the rail covers are Noveske green. Would of went with black rail covers but the green is all I could find. I ordered three sets and ended up using most of them on a 13.5 NSR I have on another rifle. Just enough on this one so if I run it off the bipod it wont get too hot.

I'll check out the STR thanks.

We have very similar builds

Mine wears a 20" WOA though

Ive had good luck with the 77gr nosler CCs over 23.8gr of varget at 2.25, 2.26 would sometimes jam in my pmags. I picked up one of these though

Measures 2.310 so I should be able to stretch out these long heavies to 2.3 or 2.305 and gain some more powder room as well as shorten the jump quite a bit.

No cans for me. I would love to but I refuse to play the NFA game.
