I tried to search and found nothing new that 09??
Need a cattail for my TR24 a GP carbine. Looking for something on the smaller side. Just want a little extra to grab not a huge post sticking out.
Thanks

A little expensive but I have one on my NF2.5-10 and love it

No sharp edges, mounts up solid and works as it should.
Same price and people seem to like them as well.

A few bucks less, looks similar to the one on LaRue's site

The cheapest solution would be that zip-tie looking thing. Breakaway Coasters. Not sure what the intended use for them is, but people seem to use them as scope levers as well.

Hope this helps.
I have several of the models from 3 Gun Stuff on different optics, and have always been happy with fit and finish. I have not found them too obtrusive in use, but I usually rotate them straight up for cased transport or storage. One of them (and I think it is my more recent one) looks more like the LT model than the other design shown.
I had a 3Gunstuff and it was well made, but I wanted more leverage. This is some British fishing reel clamp that I love. Easy to find keeping eye on scope and very quick to turn. You are looking for "smaller side." This is smaller than a breadbox.

The MGM Switchview has clearance issues with some mounts because of the screw humps on the side. In general, I like them better than the 3gunstuff ones, but in the case where there are clearance issues I have had no problems with the 3gunstuff cat tails.
I had the one from 3 gun stuff when I had a TR24 and liked it.

I'm running a lever from Chris at 3Gun Stuff on my TR24, and it has worked well for me. It's not huge or obtrusive, but still very quick to manipulate.
I am going to get the 3 gun one. Thanks for the help eveyrone.

I think Chris may be running some kind of special right now. for the Black Friday shopping season. I thought i jhad an email from him on that, but I must have deleted it. You might want to email him from the website, and ask. Worth a try, tell him he was recommended here.
I got that email too - if you want the 3GS one, and it's the ideal cattail for the tr24 in my book, now is the time to buy. PM me if you want the contents of that email, I think I archived it instead of deleting.

I have the one LaRue sells, it was back ordered and took about 2 months to get it but I have no complaints, it's a solid piece.
