Centurion Arms C4 BCG loose gas key!!!???

So I took my freshly built AR out to the range Friday after Thanksgiving. We shot probably 350 through it that day. The week before I had put 150 rounds through it. Last week I took it out and began cleaning it. I pulled out the BCG and noticed that the gas key was wobbling on the carrier. I am pretty sure that is not right. Anyways, I took an allen wrench and tightened it back down. I need to restake it (properly this time). Any suggestions for the best way to stake it? Anybody else have any issues with their bolt carrier group from Centurion Arms? Anyways I'm not too happy about that.
