Have a chance to either buy 1000 rounds of prvi partian m193 or 1000 rounds of wolf gold. Price of m193 is $400 and wolf is $360 which would u buy?

I can't offer an opinion on the Wolf, but I've been through thousands of rounds of PPU (both m193 & m855) with exactly one dud.

Prvi has work well for me also.

Prvi has been functional for me with zero issues. I will admit, I am tempted by AIM's purchase price on the Wolf Gold, but I have not yet tried it. As far as I have been able to find in some research, it's functional, albeit lower power, .223 ammo that happens to be brass cased.

In a carbine class I took last weekend, one of the guys was running Wolf Gold. We went through approx 500 rounds and he didn't have any problems. He said he was very pleased with the ammo.

I can't say for the current situation but Wolf Gold and Prvi used to be the same thing. I'm sure someone here knows more about the current condition. Prvi is very good ammunition.

PPU has always functioned for me. Never had a dud in a few thousand rounds. Decent range ammo.
Can't speak for the Wolf.

For $23.00 more per thousand I would get the IMI M193 over the PPU any day.

Prvi/PPU is perfectly fine range ammo. I have fired a fair amount of it - no issues. The brass is fairly heavy/thick, but otherwise OK quality - this only a consideration if you are planning on reloading it.

From my recollection, the Wolf Gold and Prvi/PPU ammo is basically one and the same. This has been the case with other variations of Wolf Gold/PPU, including 8x57 and 308 Win ammo as well.

Wolf Gold: I've found it at near pre-Sandy Hook prices, $360 delivered. Bought two cases. Ive run through about 3/4 of the first case and ran it in 1 match.
My observations: This stuff is made in Taiwan at some factory that makes military M193. Wolf Gold is NOT 5.56. It is loaded to 223 pressures. This stuff shoots about the same (exactly for me) as PMC Bronze 223 (what I normally run). The only difference is that the Wolf Gold has crimped primers.
I have a new lot of powder I need to chrono and will see how fast it runs, but it behaves like all other 223 for me. This is all at run 'n gun distances, 10-200 yds. YMMV
