I built this rifle a couple of years back and have used it very sparingly since. I have no real purpose for a long distance precision gun anymore and want it to go to a good home. I'm in Virginia beach, VA so local sales are preferable, but will ship to a FFL (buyer pays shipping, transfer costs of FFL, and puts me in contact with the FFL to ensure transaction).
