Did a Glock 21SF redux/tex for a local customer. Lemme tell ya, it was hard to give this one back. It felt like a Glock 17!!

I'm not a big Glock fan, but I just gotta say...

 That's probably the most appealing reduction/texturing I've ever seen on a poly framed gun.

That's dang nice work.

Thanks JD. I confess I'm a bit of an aesthete, and that translates to my grip work. I see no reason why form AND function can't coexist.

Very sweet Ben !

I love working on the G21 SF frames. With the grip reduction and stippling, it feels like a G17 / 22 frame.

thanks folks. Ray, I agree, the 21SF feels great.

.45 ACP. High capacity. Glock reliability. Does anyone else hear the heavenly choir singing?

Tinman, email me if you're not to busy hunting down the perfect blade...;)

Thanks HoBoBum.

I don't remember the circumference off the top of my head. I do know that the front to back diameter is usually reduced by about 1/4"

Ben, I might need to take you up on that G19 reduction I called you about this week, here's what the finger grooves look like that I sanded down which i guess will save me $25 lol

Sproggy - I've done several of salvage jobs, in case you're not happy with how yours turned out. My most recent is a G20, and pics/info are here in the handgun section of M4C.net. That's the worst resurrection I've done, and it turned out well. Did you do it yourself, or have someone else do it? If it's just a stipple, and not a backstrap cut/fill, I could probably just reduce/reshape it and texture.

G34 - that won't pose any difficulty at all. If you want new (wider, more ergonomic) finger grooves, I can do that, or if you want a completely flat frontstrap, I can do that as well.

I personally would keep the finger grooves, but if you want it flat, that's fien. Also, I won't charge you to remove the finger grooves, because they're pretty much already gone! :D Whenever you're ready, let me know.

Dinger - thanks!

ETA - it was a G20 that I salvaged, not a G29.

BTW, G34- how do you like the Minotaur? It looks like a great design: the best of both worlds.

It's an excellent holster and is much more concealable and comfortable on my fat ass then the C-Tac...

I tried the C-Tac, but the chemistry just wasn't there...had to let her go for a Sparks Summer Special.

The minotaur draws less sweat = greater comfort for me.

I have a Crossbreed, which is similar to the Mintaur, but much cruder. It's a great grab & go holster. Which reminds me that I don't have a gun that fits it anymore...note to self: get another Glock 19.
