Heres my question. Why do you want a piston gun? Ive heard spare bolts for the sig are impossible to come by.

no already have the sig ,thinking about getting rid of it though ,have a good deal for the M6 though.

The LWRC will share some parts commonality with readily available guns CONUS, however, the bulk of important wear parts are not readily interchangable, therefore I would say that it's a draw, go with whatever you prefer, however, I would not recommend either.

I'd keep the Sig. LWRC QC seems to be hit or miss, and you already know that your Sig runs well.

Instead, I'd save up and get a DI AR later on so that eventually you'll have both kinds. My first AR was a POF P415, and I just finished building a Noveske. Even though I've had no problems with the POF, I just wanted to have a carbine in my arsenal that was fully milspec compatible.

If the Sig is "flawless" as you put it, why is there a need to look any further in an attempt to replace it?

I too would keep your current Sig. If you want another AR maybe get a DI AR down the road at some point just to have the ease of parts availability or for the kids.

Good luck, NYH1.

I think there is a good price on an LWRC M6A1 in the EE. Still though if your sig is running then you might not want to replace it, you'd be better off just adding to the pile, but that's just me.

Keep and run the Sig. If it breaks send it back they will fix it,Stay with the devil you know.. thats just me on that one..

Tritto. Why get rid of a "flawless" gun?
