This thread is not to debate reliability of clamp on gas block vs pinned or what have you. It is this.
It seems to me most of the threads on clamp on gas blocks were from a couple of years ago or
longer. It seems that most of our fellow posters were under the opinion that clamp on gas
blocks fell under the category of "questionable reliability". Now that years have passed and as
designs evolve and more manufactures make such items, has the popular opinion changed?
Are there people out there that have put their clamp on gas blocks through hard use and ran
them super hard under extreme conditions only to find out that they have passed with flying
colors? Just curious to see the evolution of opinion. That's all. Thanks to all in advance.
