What is this rail?

Looks like the standard rail on an HK416. Where did find that photo? Im not even sure it's a real upper. Looks like a "dummy" unit. The lower definitely is... No, selector, no FCG pins.

This is not the same rail as the one depicted in your original post.

The rail in your first post is the rail that comes with the HK416.

The one that you show in your second post is from a PWS MK114 carbine that has since been phased out (also utilized by Addax Tactical when they still sold their gas piston uppers).
