Need to issue them to the BLM employees in Southern Oregon and Northern Cali....Stumbleling up on a pot farm is no fun!

I don't know if you're aware, but there is a lot of BLM land in the Southwest, especially Arizona. A large portion of that is along the border areas which are high smuggling areas. Armed BLM agents are the law enforcement presense on these public lands and enforce federal law pertaining to public land and the resources contained within them.
