This is my first build ,what is the best 80% lower receiver to start with? 7075-t6 or 6061-t6 aluminum lower receiver?

Look up. You see the google search bar in the top right. Type in 80% and hit enter. You will find your answer in one of the gazillion threads on 80%'s.

If your too lazy to search, and spend time researching and instead want answers given to you, you are best off as far away from an 80% build as you can be. Not trying to be a dick, but unless your willing to put the time into things, not worth your time or money.
