I wanted to throw this "option" out to the experienced glass shooters here before I drop $$$.
Scope will be on a 18" SPR-type rifle with Samson FF.

Since the IOR is a 35mm tube there are no options that I know besides the IOR rings that come with it. The eye relief is 3.5" and a NTCH cheekweld will require the front ring to mount to the rail of the FF RAIL HANDGUARD. This IS NOT a viable option, IMO. Also, no QD capability. So what to do?
Here is what I came up with. What are your opinions?
IOR 2-12x32 scope with IOR low rings
Larue Picatinny Riser QD (http://www.laruetactical.com/marketplace/servlet/Marketplaces?webEvent(ProductDetailAddPage,loadProduct)&productID=1860&scrollTop=1225)
http://www.laruetactical.com/lt/productImages/Picatinny%20Riser%20detail.jpg
This would give a FORWARD rail for the front IOR mount, raise the height of the IOR low rings to clear most BUIS's, and give QD capability that Larue's excellent lever system provides.
Have I made a mistake somewhere here?
