Front strap checkering in iowa

Does anyone know of anyone that does front strap checkering on 1911's in iowa. I just got a new Colt Rail Gun that I would like done.

The Springfield Armory Custom Shop will but I'd like to find someone who will do checkering with nice borders like Pete Single.

Alchemy Custom Weaponry. I haven't seen a style Rob and Jim can't do (check out their Facebook page). For $150 as well (including the high-cut). Re-finish is another cost of course, unless you're on a SS 1911.

I would just swallow the shipping cost--these guys are in IL. Fast turn around and great work.
