Leapers is usually considered by most to be cheap junk. Myself included.

Looks like they are going after TWS market and the design is interesting that they are bridging over the top cover like the Beryl and the early TWS.

I've fired the TWS rail and some other, a brand name I can't recall. And in both cases the owners said they actually had issues holding zero over time. If the more expensive/higher quality top cover rails didn't hold up I certainly wouldn't trust a Leapers product. Krebs is about the only top cover rail I'd trust, actually.
