At work, the Olympics are on TV and saw this guy doing his skating routine. How the hell do they spin repeatedly like that and not fall the freak over? I remember as a kid that game where you put your forehead on a bat and ran around it 10 times then tried to run in a straight line. NO ONE could do it that I ever saw!

Watch their heads. Compare it to how your head moves when you put it on a baseball bat and run around it.

No, I said it was on at work where unless I want to be a peckerhead I can't just walk over and switch channels. Oh, it was a female co-worker watching it.

Not that there's anything wrong with that.

I live in house full of girls, the tv has been on all the girly events since Olympics have started:suicide:. Someone made a joke in a thread once about stealth mode meaning hiding in the bathroom on the M4C. I think he probably had all girls too...

Pretty much this.

Head spins first, then the body. They visually fixate on a specific point in order to avoid dizziness.

Look at the legs and butts on those ****ing ladies! You'd be insane not to want to see them working that shit. Lol.
Don't you love seeing hot cheerleaders perform?!? :) Not much difference in my book (other than claiming to your wife you're just waiting on the 3rd quarter) :D

From firsthand experience, skater booty is awesome. The link has it right, they just get used to it. My ex skates for Disney on Ice and when I asked it was her answer. She also had the ass and thighs of a goddess.

They wear short skirts and you get to see their panties.

Yup, I watch figure skating but I always wear my plate carrier while doing so! ;)

And I don't care what the judges say, Kaetlyn should have won silver and Natalia Popova should have won bronze in the short program. They got robbed. There is of course no question that Yulia Lipnitskaya blew everyone else away. She's was amazing and made everything look flawless and effortless.

That said, Kaetlyn was the most fun to look at.

As for getting dizzy, their head is at the center of the rotation so their brain isn't being whipped around.

Not true. A scratch spin is about the only one that this rings true.

Most skaters also don't have much of a brain to whip around in the first place.

From a figure skating SME no less . . .
