The same way as some people get off dressed up at comicon, or wearing bondage gear in the bedroom. People get off on all kinds of shit. This stuff can also be utilized for airsoft guns, which is probably what it's for. No harm in that. People do weird shit lol, and as long as it's behind closed doors who cares ;)
