My Christmas present came from G&R. Well I tackled the job of adding the APEX Ultimate Striker Block and spring, then the APEX machined SEAR and spring from the DCAEK kit. I have not installed the trigger return spring. It now feels a bit better than the trigger on my M&P9 PRO 5". The FS has a more tactile reset than the PRO. Next project is order the APEX kit for my Shield 9mm and change it out. The Shield is actually getting better from shooting and dry firing with good lubrication, TETRA Gun Grease. Being a Sig DA/SA and DAK shooter for 20 years when I was a LEO, I am just getting accustomed to the M&P Striker Fire.
Drifting the rear sight was the worst part of the entire job.

If you are you going to do this a few times, a sight tool is worth it's weight in gold. Makes changing the USB a piece of cake.

Yes, I missed not having one. I only have the Shield to do so I'll hold out for now.
