Sorry not sure if this is the right area, but wondering if anyone has any info or hands on experience with the ASAP QD. I did a search and didn't find any info. I'm curious if anyone knows when this will be available and if it is worthwhile. I am looking into a noveske endplate currently, but I was wondering if this had any advantages or disadvantages compared to it. Thanks for any help in advance.

I was not aware of the ASAP Qd.. figures after I just put on the original ASAP on my AR... Figures..
But the QD end plates have been out for awhile now.. MI makes them..
If I were you. I'd get the QD endplate.. the ASAP original is too loud..

Isn't the ASAP the one guys were breaking when staking? Powdered metal maybe. GH

It's still in their theory based category. Probably going to be mid 2014 I bet.
