Great story. I caught it last week on the CBS nightly news.

Yeah, I'm not ashamed to say something got in my eyes too. :)

What a fantastic kid, here's hoping someone in the family steps in as a surrogate father to him.

Broke my heart to see that little boy talking about how the soldier made him think of the father he never got to know but still misses so badly. A sickening reality it is that he lives with that painful hole in his heart.
