I just watched an episode of S.W.A.T. on hulu.com

(1) Like always, the bad guys lost in the end

(2) Those guys tactical approach to everything is to climb on every roof, climb every catwalk, every makeshift ladder. Never fails

(3) They exhibit great gun handling. In every episode, as the call comes in they sprint by the rack on the way out to the van and grab their AR's and sniper rifles w/o ever missing a beat or a step. And the discipline is incredible -- the same hand always grabs the same weapon at the exact same spot every time

(4) And the saddest part, the corner street scene showed gas at the Shell was 52.9 and gas at the Chevron was 56.9

At least it served as the basis for a powerfully moving, oscar caliber movie.

How I used to love that show as a youngster. Still like the theme song, a memorable tune that takes me back.
