Difference Between Belt Pads?

I'm interested in a belt pad, and I've found three companies that make them. Does anybody have any experience with these? And are there any real differences besides price? Thanks. Here are the links:

I've had the blackhawk. It works as advertized.

I think though you're better off getting a modern "padded" belt like a blackawter or ats.
