Help me find a mag pouch like this

I'm looking for a double mag pouch like this one at Cheaper Than Dirt

But I like the height (or lack thereof) of this one I found at DiamondBack Tactical:

I'm planning on setting up a riggers belt or something similar in the style most of you have your 1st line gear. I've got a "poser" plate carrier and all the related goodies, but it's too much for the range. I'd like a simple belt that can hold two spare mags.

Can anyone recommend a good place to get a pouch like I'm looking for and possibly an inexpensive belt ($25-$30) ??

The reason I like the shorter pouch is so there's more mag to grab onto. Also, I would imagine having longer bungee cord makes it easier to pull them up and out of the way as opposed to the deep pockets on the sides of the plate carrier and the short cords it has.

I could buy two of the pouches I show first, but I think two combined would be sturdier and resist rotating or flopping around on a belt. Maybe I'm wrong though- that's why I am asking you guys! :D

Thanks, I saw that and responded. For the very light use I'll be putting it through, I think I might have to go with the CTD knockoff type stuff that I showed for about $11 per pouch...
