Norinco NHM91 information and value

A friend of mine received a Norinco NHM91 and we need some information in the gun and possible value. If anyone know much about them let me know and if you need any close up pics. It has a pinned muzzle break, bipod, scope and a mount that's screwed to the reciever. Here is a crappy pic.

The NHM91's were caught in the ban back in the day. It looked something like this when new.

However, it may have originally had a US thumbhole stock set on it.

Realistically, it's probably a $700 rifle depending on how well the mount was attached (a minus if done poorly). As for the stock set that's currently on it, I have no idea. It looks like someone took paint to a Chinese stock set.
