Need new sights for my G19, inherited it and the old trijicons aside from being dead, are not cutting it.

I'd like a 10-8 rear for my Glock19. I have the 10-8 PPQ rear and it's awesome.

I have no particular allegiance to 10-8 other than always being impressed with their products, coatings and prices, so if someone else has a U-Notch rear, I'd be willing look at it.

So given that rear... I'm really confused as to which front sight height is best. 10-8 doesn't have a fiber front, but they range their sights from .310, .330, .350, but none of those are "right" for the .091 difference in factory height between the front and rear (as the rears are measured from dovetail and not the slide face... dumb)

Dawson has serrated fronts at various heights, but I'm not sure if I should take 10-8's rear height, subtact .091 for the stock dovetail difference, and go from there, or if there is something I'm missing.

I'd really prefer a Trijicon HD / Ameriglo front with tritium and a florescent ring, but I'm pretty sure that isn't going to happen with suppressor sights.

Any advice?

Are you strictly looking for suppressor height sets?

If not, we've mixed and matched a few sets of Warren rears with .215 and .245/.250 fronts from Warren and 10-8 and they worked interchangeably for tweaking POI. In those heights, 10-8 did have fiber optic fronts.

Have no idea if that is useful to you.

I'd like some thing very high visibility front. I'd like suppressor sights. I'd like a U-Notch rear.

The 10-8 rear seems great, but I'm not sure of a height front to use with it.

A 200 OR 215 front should work. I use the Ameriglo pro glo front and an iDot rear. I'm pretty sure it's 200.

I use the Ameriglo Hackathorn front with my 10-8 rear u-notch on my G 17. The height I am using is the .220. 10-8 recommends a minimum height of .215 with their rear sight. Works very well. I have the orange/tritium version. Good luck!

After seeing what a bitch suppressor sights would be (I have an Osprey anyhow, so I don't need to go so high I've realized) I'm kinda leaning 10-8 normal rear and either an Ameriglo or Trijicon HD front.

10-8 recommends their .156 notch rear, which of course is out of stock everywhere... Figures.

Yes, that is what I am using, the .156 rear. I'm not sure, with older eyes, the .140 would work, for me anyway. It's pretty quick to pick up as well.

I have excellent eyes but still want a high vis sight. 10-8 has the HD listed as .144 wide. The Ameriglos are listed at .140 wide. So I think I definitely want the .156 rear 10-8. Now... I hunt.
