Serial # appears to be a 1992 model, made in palmer. No box etc. Any ideas on value?

My friend that owns my LGS says that its all depending on bore condition, He said range could be anywhere from ~$530 to upper $800.

Appreciate feedback. Seller says excellent all around and low round count, but is hoping for closer to $1K
