PAP M92 top hand guard same as any other AK?

Wondering if anybody knows off the top of their head if the TOP hand guard is interchangeable with other AK variants. I know the bottom hand guard of the Yugo's and the M-92 specifically are not interchangeable but the top looks as if it could be.

No they are dimensionally different. Yugo guns are loosely designed after the AK, but with their own unique features.
