First ever build

and i chose to build this first, last week received my wheeler tool kit from cabelas and at the same time my nds-15 upper/lower arrived for the build. i have the ns-43 round hg, just need to send to JT for some work. hope ya like

Thanks guys, i really enjoy the retro world of ar15s. This past weekend took it to the range and ran flawlessly, my friend was already asking to purchase the rifle told him sorry it's my first build and not for sale. I have an original 1:12 twist barrel from my 601, thinking of swapping out to the nds15.

It probably looks better than an original did, fine work do you plan on having it engraved by JT to match original ? I really like the brown furniture.

Thanks blade, been giving it some thought on getting it engraved. Furniture done by JT, I also had him work on another set in 601 green which just as nice

replaced the nds 15 barrel pictured to an original 1:12 twist, reloaded some ammo to give it a go this weekend. some pics and results
