BARREL TRADED.
I have a BCM BFH (Cold Hammer Forged) 11.5" Barrel Assembly. This is their best hard use barrel. Used for 200 rounds of LC855 ammo, then taken off to go shorter. Very accurate. Comes with Fixed FSB - no bayo lug or sling swivel, A2 Flash hider, handguard retainer, BCM M4 double heat shield handguards and BCM Barrel Nut and Delta Ring. Looks great, very lightly used but not abused.
