Looking for a low cost wheeled deployment bag. Must be in Tan, Multicam, OD, Black, or ACU pattern. Needs to hold at least as much as a standard duffel bag. Bonus points if it can be opened along the long edge so I can actually fold my uniforms and pack stuff nicely instead of cramming it all in there.

Would kill for a couple of the LBT ones, but I always miss the ones on sale for the Army acceptable patterns. I'm looking at the 5.11 CAMS 2.0 and Blackhawk ALERT 5 pretty closely.

The 5.11 CAMS 2.0 (http://www.511tactical.com/cams-2-0.html) bag features better organization, but is slightly smaller, and no extendable handle. It looks quite nice.
The Blackhawk ALERT 5 bag (http://www.blackhawk.com/product/ALERT-5-Bag,1184,133.htm) doesn't have near the organization, but is slightly larger, and has an extendable handle, and looks like larger external straps so I might be able to strap my 1560LOC Pelican case to it during movement.

I really would prefer a good-reasonable condition used one price wise. Trying to save up for a decent laptop for the deployment as well. **** carrying heavy shit all over god's green earth anymore. Getting too old for that shit.

Ideas? What do you like?

I have an LBT. It's great. Sign up for their email newsletter. They seem to be sending me a lot of emails about sales.

Saw this the other day. I can't vouch for the bag or company. Think they are a spin off or partner of PSA. The bag is listed as on sale on the main page for 59.99. Research first. http://tigeroutfitters.com/blackhawk-large-wheeled-load-out-travel-defirstployment-bag-arpat-acu-mil-spec.html

The LBT loadout is amazing. They seem to run the sales pretty frequently on them. I've been using my multicam one ($99) for a couple of years now. It is worth the wait or the extra $. It also has a lifetime warranty, although mine still looks new and has been through everything the airlines and mil transport can throw at it.

I think I have a solution - not the damn abortion of an air force pattern either. I'll update when it works out next week.

I can recommend the LBT, got one of their deployment bags in ACU on clearance. They have been running this special for some time, $99 for $500 bag made in the USA out of Cordura fabric is a damn steal. From time to time they will clearance out the same bags in MC as well.

The air force pattern along with a little Krylon goes a long way on a $500 load out for $80
