That said, the members of this self-selected committee are hardly an objective group and their findings condemning this administration and Hillary Clinton's stewardship of the State Department quite predictable. More like a "shot across the bow" of Clinton's as-yet undeclared candidacy for president in 2016, a single salvo foreshadowing a barrage of similar findings to come.
