I have a used BCM 14.5" Middy upper. It has a government profile barrel and a permanently pinned PWS FSC556 Comp which brings it up to 16.1" OAL. Comes with Magpul MOE handguard and a Magpul MSA sling attachment. No rear sight, optic, bolt carrier group, or charging handle. It is in great shape. I love this upper, but I must part with it to make room for the new.
