Just wanted to let you other new guys--like me--about my new complete LMT lower.
I've got a BM that I've brought up to speed...or at least as well as the guys on the forum think that's possible. The BM lower is a touch glossy. Smooth finish, but slightly glossy.
The other lower I've got (for my build project) is locally made by LRB Arms. Nice lower. Mat finish but slightly gray and a bit "chalky" to the touch.
This LMT lower looks and feels fantastic. Perfectly smooth, black as night, and a mat finish.
The Ergo grip--my first--feels solid. All LMT lowers are now sold with them...I believe.
LPK seems top notch. As strange as it seems, I was impressed by the smallest details. The safety selector switch, for example. Perfect feel...and an interesting look too. Slightly different that the BM's.
Grant hooked me up. He's the man. He also brought my BM's BCG up to speed.
