MIAD Magpul grip Loose

I had a ERGO Ambi grip on my AR. The ERGO has been on the rifle over a year and is very tight.

I bought a MIAD grip and used the grip screw provided and it just doesn't fit tightly. Has a slight rock to it. Anyone ever had this happen. If so, how did you fix it?

I've used several w/o problems, you should contact Magpul.
