I currently have a Colt Clone I have built in MK 12 Mod 0.
I have a Sierra SPR grip on it.
What is the correct Crane Grip for the Military MK 12 Mod 0 ?
Thanks

Doesn't say anything about grip or stock. I know the link says MOD 1, but I don't think there would be any difference.
There is a ton of variation. Colt A1 or A2 grip is the easy answer.
I wouldn't worry so much about making it to "spec". Get the grip that feels the best for you.

I'd have to do some fresh research to be sure, but my memory is that Crane built the first SPR's all on old M16A1 lowers, and that all Crane did was to make new uppers and slap them on the A1 lowers as-is, initially. Once the concept took-off, the variations that were written about & seen in photos were almost infinite, in terms of triggers, stocks, and grips.
I did see a lot of Ergo grips.
I would select the Ergo, at least it is correct for a Mk12 Mod 1.

The Ergo grip it will be!
Thanks for the info!
The SPR (Sierra Precision) grip is right hand biased and does not allow an ambidextrous selector to be installed. Wes of MSTN used to use it all the time, so I bought one based on that, but put it away shortly. It's usable by your left hand of course, but it's awkward. The exclusion of possibility of installing an ambidextrous selector is also a flaw.

Your right on about the Sierra SPR grip
Thanks
The Mod 0 Mk12's, especially which went through Crane were notorious for having a variety of pistol grips used, based on operator preference. There is a short list of 'correct' options, probably including the original A1 grip, A2 pistol grip, the Sierra Precision, and Ergo.
