Honestly, watching the activities in DC nowadays is like watching the world's worst soap opera..

Not that I have a valid reference point for comparison, just saying..... Lol

Did anyone actually expect differently with this administration?

I mean, did the thought cross anyone's mind that Obama would be taking blame for anything? C'mon now...

Surprise, surprise. I expected nothing less.

What's next? Obama found out about the prisoner exchange on the news when he saw himself on the news later that night?

Apparently Boehner thinks this was a bad idea too. Odd that he's against the decision...

http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2014/06/11/hagel-testify-bergdahl-swap_n_5483521.html

"We don't negotiate with terrorists," House Speaker John Boehner said Tuesday. "We've made America less safe, here and around the world. And we're going to pay for this."

And according to this article, it was a unanimous decision by all the usual controversial politicians that think they are above the law.

http://www.cbsnews.com/news/chuck-hagel-bowe-bergdahl-swap-decision-was-unanimous/

Hagel said he, along with Secretary of State John Kerry, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Martin Dempsey, Director of National Intelligence James Clapper and Attorney General Eric Holder, were unanimous on the decision to seek Bergdahl's freedom in a prisoner exchange.

For crying out loud...

http://dailycaller.com/2014/06/11/never-mind-white-house-now-says-obama-is-responsible-for-bergdahltaliban-swap-after-all/

President Obama was responsible for the decision to swap five Taliban militants for Army Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl, the White House said Tuesday.
The White House sought to deflect charges from congressional Republicans that the administration was trying to pin blame on Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel for the trade.

And I love this video:

Oh, the Taliban 5 aren't a threat to the US, but they are to Afghanistan and Pakistan [so it really is okay and doesn't matter].

Yeah, I'm sure they loved that comment.

Just watching was painful. This "book tour" is going to be her undoing, the far left wants Warren anyway.

The tv watching voters chose Obama cause the U.S. needed a half black president. Now the same tv watching voters will choose Hillary cause we need a half woman president. The newer and kinder NAZIs.

"The Honorable Chuck Hagel"

Respect the position, not the man.....

Respect the position, not the man.....Sounds like something to tell a reluctant date.

As applied to leadership, the respect of the position is earned by and proportionate to the person in it: if they defile their position by being someone unrespectable, then they are entitled to nothing. A shitbag is a shitbag regardless of what nametag they wear.

I don't have to respect men or their positions.

I respect respectable people, and expect no more in return.
