AK Battlecomp status for other calibers?

Anyone heard anything more on the AKBC for 5.45/5.56 AKs? I've found pics and threads from a few years back showing prototypes and reporting that production would happen soon, but I can't find them out in the market.

Engineering issue? Not profitable?

The 7.62 ak comp is already expensive enough haha. No idea though. As long as its the right thread, should be ok.

They're not the same thread. The AKBC is threaded 14x1 LH for 7.62x39. The AK-74 style FSB is 24x1.5mm RH.

Wish they made a 24x1.5mm for my Slr107. Which is 7.62 in case you didn't know. ^

I beleive they are a Rifle Dynamics exclusive. I would check with them.
