Scope UPGRADE

Finally was able to get the scope I have been wanting for about a year. Just fits this rifle perfect for overall balance and power range. It is a Leupold VX3 3.5-10x40mm

I can see much later in the evening with the reticle leupold has over the Vortex and this scope is much more clear and less bulky!!

I have the same scope on my .308 Kimber and like it for the same reasons.

My Rem 700 Mountain Rifle in .280 and my Rem 700 SS in 30-06 both have Leupold 3.5x10x50 on them and have excellent low light qualities but are not as well balanced due to the larger objective lens.

The 30-06 has the Hvy duplex reticle for some serious low light hunting.

IMO you made one of the best choices (bang for the buck) out there. Nice glass reliable AND one of the best warranties out there.
