Excessive windage?

Hi everyone. I'm pretty new here so I hope this is the right place to put this.

I've got a new Stag Model 8t rifle and I just sighted in the Diamondhead flip up iron sights. It seems like the rear sight had to be excessively adjusted to the right in order to get it sighted in. I didn't count the number of clicks, but the center of the diamond seems to be 3 or 4 lines over from center. I hope these pictures are clear enough. I'm also posting pics of the front sight to see if maybe there's something askew there. Let me know if I'm just a noob and nothing is wrong.

Yep, as IG said. As long as it isnt bottomed out to either side you are usually good to go. Is it just my eyes or is the cutout in the first pic a bit rough?

I have the same problem on my SBR. Rear is almost all the way left. Kills my slight OCD.
